DANO NODA COSMETICS
The final stage
After finishing the 3D printed cosmetic pots and shooting the sets in my studio here are now the final results.
Further info and technical details within the first two stages below.
Stage two – The Cosmetic Pot
Today I finished the first 3D printed samples of the associated three-piece cosmetic pot made out of three different filaments (PLA black, PLA Gold and translucent PET). Corpus and cap are screwed together. Hardest challenge was to find the right dimension and shape for the pot to fit into the box and to correspond with their design.
Stage one - the packaging design
These are two out of four first test prints for the third stage of our Real Life Samples project. Again printed and converted in just one single print run on a Gallus ICS 670. Made completely in UV in flexo and screen printing. Effects were made with Iriodin® effect pigment from Merck and gloss and relief coating from WEILBURGER Graphics. Hot foil stamping tools from Hinderer & Mühlich, Hot foil from Kurz, Cutting tool from Marbach, Board from MetsäBoard.
